Trending @Cognizant; Service now business group

I am from the service now business group.

During the end of the year 2024, every unit had parties, outings, gifts sponsored by their units or clients. All my friends could enjoy those benefits.

However, this service now business group has not even given us a single peanut till now.

Below are my queries,

1. Is it normal for this unit? Or the same happens with other units as well?
2. How is this service now business group in terms of career growth, peace of mind, salary hikes and all?

I joined last October and am genuinely looking for the insights. Thanks in advance.
