Hello Grapevine Community,

I was promoted from PA to Associate-Project in January 2024. I regularly connect with our client, managing a team of around 20 people, including the testing team. Recently, the client mentioned that he only trusts three individuals, including myself, to deliver the project end-to-end and that some conversations should be exclusively held with us. Given my consistent 5-star ratings since joining and my four-year anniversary approaching in June 2025, I am curious about my eligibility for the next promotion. Additionally, would it be appropriate to ask my client for an on-site opportunity?

Could anyone provide insights or share their experiences regarding the promotion timeline for my role?
