Felt Brian Humpries was bad & worst.. But Ravi turns out to be worser... No wonder Infosys is blooming now & we're getting damned. See how bloody thick his salary package is.. Incompetent buggars all top management & board of directors, just equally how incompetent I'm in finding new job outside Cognizant.. 🤦😁 Company was already getting in a bad state by the time Francisco D'Souza left . But it went into the deep well after he left to Brian & in turn to Ravi now ..
They can't increase even a penny for the freshers, associates..but didn't see how much they are paying so much to him
Also, just to cut the cost, they have deferred so many PA promotion..which is just 10-15k increase in their salary per month..Just so that they can give all the amount to him
