Two months ago my manager call me directly at around 9 pm and in call she takes another senior manager and forcefully reverted my already passed billable timesheet to non billable.For the past 3 years I dedicatedly working at the same client project and also was billable.It affects my utilisation and I don't get my promotion.I later reach out to my respective HR.HR told me that they can't do anything from their side although I provide all those evidence.that manager now not even in that project. What should I do ??
Ur manager can raise exception if its only bcoz of utilisation .. But note that it will done after 1 month of normal promotion..So in Q3 if guys are getting promoted effectively from Oct and ur manager raises exception for you, U can be promoted in November but note that only utilisation can be raised for exception…No RTO,Timesheet etc can be included in exception
