Isn,t it a scam run by IT companies in name of delaying hike. Every year they show profut and then delay hike for 5 months for which they dont even pay arrears. Where they save crores of ruppies by not paying hike . Why no one is talking about it. This is clear scam with employees . Somebody need to address it i. Labor court
People on top always scam. It’s in every field and industry. Legally there is nothing we can do about it. Hikes are a bonus that company gives out of good will based on how well they profit in their business.There is no law that entitles us for hikes every year so it’s pointless to go to court.Corporate mafia and government are like a family. So even if we are wronged we cannot do anything against them.
