
Trending @Cognizant; Salary revision in CTS is possible?
I was promoted to SA in Feb 2025 ,before that my package was 9.5L,post promotion it become 11L,but still it is very low to this role ,so in July I sent an email to DL mentioning that my compensation is really low ,also mentioned I was top rated in last few years,after a month no reply was there to that email so I send a follow up email ,he replied like “wait for some more time,it is already taken up and we will follow up when cycle opens up” should i trust them and wait or look outside? Please suggest.

Never trust them, prepare yourself and shift to other organisations then they will give a counter offer of 20% which will be peanut. I believe you are having at least 5 years so I suggest going for at least 20 LPA in a fixed component

Move out i have in their trap, SA promoted 2022 and 5, 4, 3 rating just fooled me till now quarter after quarter as IJM 6 quarter passed no hike or salary growth nor promotion. Outsider are paid wealthy while internal folks are being shrinked. I got a new opportunity and finally leaving this company.

Trust me ratings are just bullshit, coming from a Manager. People criticize the manager when their aspirations are not being met. But they just don't know that even they are stuck and forced to act infront of their team. I hated myself for the past 3 years and finally got out.

Staying 8 years in the same company is a big mistake. I did the same, please start planning for a switch or else you are going to get stuck for a long while as your experience keeps on increasing but your relevance to roles outside will start shrinking.

I completely agree it should be 8*3 24 lpa it's average or good pay even I got promotion stay for 3 months and then switch bro otherwise it's a big loss for you

Look for other opportunities. If they wanted you around, it'd have been done by now.
