In August payslip they have deducted Salary Advance-recovery, first time I am seeing this type of deduction, can anyone tell me what is that?

I didn’t take anything, I took a loan long back and for that they are deducting every month separately, and for this first time they are deducting, not understanding why

Holiday wages credited on August 2nd got deducted from salary as advance. Check your bank statement

Absolutely correct. You can see holiday wages on the left side of your salary slip. Since it was paid in advance on Aug 2 or so, it is shown as deduction on right side as salary advance.

Yes, just seen in my pay slip, my salary also deducted same. I asked my colleagues too, they also had deduction. I wonder they gave very unsatisfied hike again deducted salary..
