Hi guys, I am a senior architect having 16 yoe with package around 40L. Is it as per industry norms or I m just below average ? Please suggest.

I would not say it's below average. Ideally it should be 50+ but still I would say it's a decent package.

To be frank there is no industry standards. I have experience around 10 years. Few of my batchmate earns 1.2 Cr in India few of my friends are in 50-60 lpa range with stocks and myself being paid 46 LPA at M level.

What is the variable pay for SM level? I know it is 45k for A, 70k for SA and 90k for M. Will it fixed amount or percentage from CTC?
