Trending @Cognizant; Salary not received post resignation
Hi, I successfully submitted my resignation on Oct 18th. I haven't received a salary today. When I checked the GSD portal. It is mentioned that we need to complete some Initial form before 19th Oct. But I received an email on Oct 21st regarding clearance. I didn't know this. I haven't received any regarding this process. CTS is really a suck.

Don't worry one of my friend have same situation by nov 15 you will receive your salary as they do some process check dues and clearance and all in my case also my LWD is on 13 dec yesterday I also received my salary very late due to due and clearance issue

For better case just raised one gsd they will say u will get it by tomorrow. Otherwise they will ask for the bank statement so just send them the same

If your lwd was after 20th, you'll receive yhis months salary along with your fnf settlement

My LWD is Jan 15. As of now. When can I expect my October month salary?

Oh, in that case try raising a GSD

Sounds frustrating, mate. Maybe try contacting HR directly, they might help sort this mess out.

No response till, I have pinged. One of the worst HR systems is in cognizant only.

HR doesn't care about employees. They care only about the Cognizant profits.

You resigned due to bench completion?

No, I am client side billable.

Did they promise you to pay 5 month salary?

No

I received termination on 29th oct and submitted self resignation after discussing with hr, hr promised me that i will get 3 months salary. But today i got only 13000rs as only earned leave balance. Can someone please tell me how to proceed.

Same things happened with me in october. I resigned on 14th and got the email on 23rd. I had looped in all my managers and directors and shamed them on not giving my salary without any fault of mine. They processed the salary on the next payroll processing day i.e 10th

You will receive by today evening/night.. For people who are on papers will receive salary late in the first two months and for 3rd month, they will get with full and final settlement
