I have cleared rounds for data analyst role .I have 2 yrs of exp and current ctc is 4.5lpa and how much salary should I ask and what other things I can negotiate?can someone please ans this?

You can ask for 12 lpa they can offer around 9.5 to 10.5.

I think the maximum you can get is around 8.5 to 9.5 LPA. Current market is not good and you can't expect to get more than this. Plus you YOE is still 2 , so it will be PA equivalent role
