Currently I am having 3.6+ years of experience in mainframe and current ctc is 4.6 LPA and I am eligible for promotion to associate that will be 6.5 LPA so same i told in HR round and expected salary I told 10 to 12 LPA and open for negotiation. HR told she will check internally and let me know.
Have i asked high salary ?
