It's now a policy to give the YEA hikes in 2nd qtr in CHennai Technology Solution..that's a great policy by Ravi Anna now a days with Indian Mindset ,he is proving that neither u can leave the organization with new payslip or u can get the next year Hike post ur promotion.
Wake up! Bro. Don’t be so blind by calling this an great policy. Employee is not a slave. They have right to leave company and earn money for their family.
