Trending @Cognizant; Salary hike on switching job

I am a backup Admin with 7.6 years experience.I have 13 LPA.i got an offer with 18.5 LPA (16.5 FIXED+2 VARIABLE). I am looking for 20 LPA is it achievable? Pls share your thoughts.
