Is there anyone who got promoted to M recently? I want to know promotion hike %. I know it could be different for different business units however it could help in knowing current hike % company offering.

15% including variable pay increase. Variable pay increase to 1.5L. Half of the hike goes to variable pay.

12% in hand and 3% variable

Overall Ctc increase by 15%. Variable pay and inhand % depends upon your current package.
