Hi Team ..I'm currently working as SA joined CTS in aug 2024 having t yoe 7.6 asked manager for promotion eligibility for M he said too early for M grade, but I see various post on this bowl having M grade with similar experience any idea how to initiate?
Based on promotion grade, 24-36 months at current grade is mandatory to get eligible for promotion through IJM. Probability of your profile getting considered for M promotion is less as you have < than 10 yrs of total experience.
If there is SO raised against the associate, is there a chance of rejection if experience is 9 yrs
After completing 2 years you can be in VDP or some pool which let’s you continue with current project and apply for M level SO’s. If you clear interview and land the role automatically you will be promoted. The HCM has to approve for you to move to that pool
