Trending @Cognizant; SA Promotion Advice

In 2024 I got an Accenture offer but in Hyd location. due to some personal reasons I had to stay back in Bangalore for that I withdrew resignation. For that I got a rating of 1 instead of 4 and managers are not responding properly on this which in return there is no hike and bonus this year. Will they promote to SA next year based on the current year rating ? Or should I leave the company?
