There is a 5 day work model for PA in my project. For promotion 3 days/week is enough or I have to go 5 days office? They are just exploiting PAs.

Try to go atleast 3 days. No body truly knows how the PA to A promotion is happening. People who skipped RTO also got promoted and people who met all criteria got skipped. So nobody truly knows as there is no transparency regarding PA to A promotion. Be billable, Complete your goals, if you are billable utilization wont be a problem, Maintain 3days RTO. If you are lucky you will get promoted. My advise is to prepare and leave to a better company with clear transparency and policies!
