Hello All,
I have been told that for promotions they consider RTO Mandate of WFO for 2.5-3 days a week.
I am confused how this is calculated?
Is it hour basis which would mean to swipe around 22.5 to 27 hours per week.
Or is it on basis of number of swipes per week which will be 10-12 day swipes per month irrespective of number of hours spend on each day we go to office?
How many days you are going
I am going 3 days a week but unable to swipe full 9 hours on those days.
I am also going 3 days per week and sitted there only 3 to 4 hours despite of that my manager confirmed me that I am eligible for promotion ...so I don't think so they are considering hours ...They may be considering how many days you went to office.
I want to know if I’m non adhering to RTO compliance. I am currently working remotely and my trutime and Timesheet is all approved. I joined in October 2022, i want to know will I be eligible for associate promotion or not. However my manager pings me asking to commute to office 5 days a week, but I’m having some issue which I have already explained to manager. Simultaneously he keeps approving my timesheet and TruTime.
