Hi I went on notice period which is ending in September so is RTO non compliance gonna be any issue? Or I can just sit at home??

My manager threatens me to follow RTO policy else my lwd will increase. He asked me to stay for 8hrs.

nobody follows RTO during np, I visited twice in 3 months during my np in

I am on notice period. LWD july 22, But no one asks for RTO. I follow atleast 1day.
