Trending @Cognizant; RTO - how to follow this exactly? For assured PA -> A PROMOTION

Hope all is going great!

Can you please let me know :

1. What is RTO
2. How to follow this as my work model is hybrid 2-3 days reporting
3. Will going some days straight like 12 days in a month will work or it should be bold 3 days/week?
4. Does office hours count? Like if I stay in office for 2 or 3 hours then it not be counted as office day that day? Or is there any threshold in terms of office hours to get that day counted as office work day.
5. If I am completing 30 months in July 2026, then how many months they will check for this RTO.
6. I am getting rostered seats in odc location, if not following that - I get a mail saying to provide reason for unavailability.. if I give work from home then that may be reson for any issue as per RTO compliance for promotion.

Hope i covered all the queries asked in Grapevine and as per my ask. I would be grateful if I get response on above ask in sequential order.
