Trending @Cognizant; RTO GUIDANCE PLEASE!

I am a PAT working in a billable project in Cognizant. I have some queries regarding the "Report to Office" policy.

We have a 3-day RTO policy. I follow that diligently. My only doubt is how long I should stay in the office? I stay 6-7 hrs and then do top up of the rest hours to complete 10 hours. Is that a problem? How long should one stay in the office to be in a safe space? Staying 9-10 hours in the office is difficult and boring.
