Trending @Cognizant; RTO for notice period

I have resigned cognizant a month ago still my managers are forcing me about work from office policy. Actually u have no work model assigned and also I haven’t got show cause notice even once. As soon as I resigned my managers are micro managing me and torturing me about being online etc.

Is it mandatory to work from office 2 to 3 days a week even if you are on notice period??

Don’t listen to these bad advises. Go out on good terms and peacefully. For all BGV in the future CTS will have to clear you and if your HCM marks you bad you can never clear BGV in the future which can spoil your career. One or two weeks just be co-operative and then your manager will automatically loose interest

Don’t care about RTO , once you have put the papers its done and dusted. They cannot extend your Last working day nor hold ur Final settlement stating RTO . Work from home and if they torture stop working bro. Simple
