Yes, you should be in office for 5 days and hours depends upon locations and HR

I have not received any mail from HR regarding 5 days work from office till now and it's 3rd day on pdp, should we start going office or wait for any info from HR.

No need as of now. In this week or next week you will get mail for going office, till then you can do wfh
