Trending @Cognizant; RTO criteria for PA TO A

Seriously!! I was wondering how was this criteria calculated. Say i took 2 days off on that week and came to ofc for just 2 days. Am i still complainant ? Similarly, if the week has only 4 working days and i go to ofc for 2 days , is it still acceptable?

It depends on your work model.If your work model is 2 Days a week then you can go to the office 2 days and rest 3 days from home.If there is a 2 day holiday then out of remaining 3 days you need to go 2days to be complaint.Hope this information helps you.

Then you need to go 3 days a week. The same work model is for me and I am going 3 days a week.

Nothing is fixed. Try to maintain consistent office visit days, and if a holiday falls on those days, don't worry about it.

During my PA to A promotion period, my manager told me to follow 5 days RTO. My work model was 2-3 days
