For PA to A promotion if candidate goes 2 days per week is enough??? Will this also can deffered promotion?

As I had sometimes visit only for 2 days, what if I took wfh for 1 complete week and for next week I go continuously 5 days....??? How to calculate this 2.5 days stuff

Don't take risks go to the 3 day office. My joining is April 2022 and I'm going to the office 2 days a week. Still they rejected me because of RTO.

Don't risk.. Go 3days a week till u get promoted I joined on jan 2022 still suffering becz of rto

I want to know if I’m non adhering to RTO compliance. I am currently working remotely and my trutime and Timesheet is all approved. I joined in October 2022, i want to know will I be eligible for associate promotion or not. However my manager pings me asking to commute to office 5 days a week, but I’m having some issue which I have already explained to manager. Simultaneously he keeps approving my timesheet and TruTime.
