I have total RTO days of 30 days from feb 2nd to may 5th but I didn't go to office for first 2 weeks of feb, will I still be eligible for promotion
Because if RTO is calculated on avg for 3 months then it is coming as 2.5days per week
Forget about promotion. Its all luck here. switch company
But PA to A Happens automatically i dont think it has anything to do with RTO
But there is a criteria right that 02 feb - 05 may 2.5days/week
That means if we go to office for 30 days from feb 2 to may 5 , then we may get promoted
I just discussed with one of my friend who got promoted in Q1. He works in both shits night and day. When he works in night shift he will not go to office. So that means I guess HR is going to calculate RTO based on avg of quarterly
