Why are they asking us to come to the office (RTO) as if they are giving us more hikes? The hike we went on this year was a big disappointment.

Hike in pay will never meet RTO transport expenses, less hike much expenses to visit office, also organization has less seats than employees. RTO fox already faced the seating issue...
