Guys I got RTO email with office based model and am allocated to a project.. but am not going office. Will this create any problem. Pls advice

No bro..they are sending warning mail and taking action also.for my project 3days in a week is mandotory , if you are not able to go for a single day in a week they will ask you and threaten you.

Ideally set up a call with your HCM & BM and align them to your situation and the actions you're taking. If they're okay with you not going, then you kick back and relax and forward the emails you get from HR to them
