Is there any minimum time period for which you have to be in the office. Can I leave in 2-3 hours?

I think there is some criteria because my truetime records around 1.5-2 hours everyday (because of Cognizant gym), but i didn't get attendance for those, when my manager sent us attendence list

Yes you can but just make sure your Tru Time doesn't get rejected because some projects expect people to be in office for certain number of hours.
