Got an email from the Delivery Head of AIA to come to office 3 days a week else HR actions will be taken. Its gonna hit 50•c in Kolkata soon. These people making life harder.

A lot changed since covid. I can debate with you about how the rising temperatures put one under serious health risks, about productivity, about client deliverables, about family time etc etc, but i choose not to as privileged people from bench who comes to office for the delicacies in food court and daylong chitchats arent worth it.
Yes sir, 50 years back also there was no mobile, no wifi, mo modern amenities... will you survive today without these, we have to evolve based on the current days requirements...
