Trending @Cognizant; Resigned yesterday due to family medical issue. And i dont have such dependancy in my project then how to take early relase.

But my manager said you need serve 90 days as per policy so i said there is no dependancy in the proand its in your hand to give me release so he said i will disccuss with manager

Have you resigned with an offer at hand? I find it odd for some one to resign for medical reasons with family and many in Cognizant ask for project release with fake documents. But if you really have an emergency and don’t want to continue with Cognizant you can very well submit the medical document and ask for early release. And if HM denies you just apply for 3-4 months leave with LOP and submit medical proof. They will be forced to release you

To be Frank, all are using the same reason to get an early release. Even PM & HM are aware of this. If you provide the medical details with proper reports it will help you!!
