Hi guys, just wanted to check that CTS will allow people to serve the notice period right even though we are on the bench and resigned ?

If you want immediate release, contact HR, reporting manager, then I think in 2 3 weeks you can be let go

Actually I don't want immediate release, I want to serve 3 months notice period as my joining to another organisation is after 3months

Then no issues, you won't be forced to leave early

If you wanted to leave then why do you want to serve notice period
Better speak with new organisation that you can join early so they would revise your package or process joining bonus
If they are not offering either just remember that you are joining a place which have no value
