Should I resign without any offer as in current market interviews are not getting scheduled due to 90 day notice period? Im a MERN stack developer with 3.9 years of exp… has anyone switched recently in same condition?
Take project release and once moved to bench apply as immediate joiner. In bench if you resign HR will accept immediate release from company
Yeah tried this one too… current project not ready to release me from the project. Had a whole fight with management but still they didnt release. Reached out to HR for the same, HR said they cant do anything unless project initiates release
Try to give an interview and say immediate joiner first if you are able to get an offer letter then only resign and give another interview
But HR asks for proof of resignation or last working date photo nowadays even to schedule the interview… then what can we do to prove them?
