What is the guarantee that if I'm on bench, and I put down papers,.I will get released from the company in max 2 weeks? Please help. Need urgent answers
If you are on the bench, you are usually given 35 calendar days to find a new role internally, including time for interviews. If you secure a job within the company during that period, you will be moved to that project. However, if you receive an offer from another company during this time, they will release you without issue.
If you do not secure an internal position within 35 days, HR will contact you and ask you to resign. They will offer you your notice period salary. If you refuse, they will inform you that if they terminate you, you will not receive any benefits. If you choose to resign, you will receive a relieving letter and be paid for the notice period, now you think and take decision smartly
Just go to bench and talk to the HR to let you go quicker....they will do as it will benefit them as well
You're not billable to any customer
So they are paying from their own pocket
So no hurdles here
