Hi all, I’ve been on the bench for around two months, and fortunately, I received an external offer, which I’ve decided to accept. I submitted my resignation a few days ago and checked with my Home Manager regarding my last working day (LWD). However, he mentioned that he doesn’t see my resignation request in his portal.
I’m not sure what the next steps should be in this case. Who should I reach out to for clarification? Also, I’m not aware of the HR contact for this process. Do I have to serve the notice period for complete 3 months?
Additionally, I’d like to know if I can use my sick leaves, casual leaves, or earned leaves during my notice period. Any insights from those who’ve been through this would be really helpful.

You will receive your lwd if you resigned properly and you can only use earned leaves to reduce notice period ,but if you are on bench they will release you in week if requested, why do they want you to pay extra salary. Save earnes leaves if possible and leave company earlier
