Trending @Cognizant; Resignation Enquiry
I have put down my papers / submitted my resignation with Cognizant yesterday i.e., on the 29th of July 2025. I have also received an acknowledgement e-mail with my HM in CC mentioning that I have successfully submitted my resignation. Can anybody help me with the following queries?

Is the resignation approval automatic? Or my Home Manager has to approve it from his end?

By when will I be able to check my official LWD (Last Working Day)?

Where can I get to know details about my HR or Talent Manager who will help in the formalities before my last working date (LWD) / I leave the organisation?

2 , 1 week post resignation submission
3, you can't , you need to check with your senior manager for it ,
And 3 weeks before LWD your talent manager will reach you via teams .
