Trending @Cognizant; Resignation during Bench period

Hi all,

I'm currently on bench and ageing(16days) in bench as started.

I want know what happens if resign now, Do we need to serve notice period or will they release me early or do I get any extra pay if they release me early. Please drop your inputs and suggestions.
