Trending @Cognizant; Resignation and Gratuity

If I put down my papers before completing 5 years at Cognizant, but my last working day is beyond 5 years in the company, will I be paid my gratuity?

Yes you are eligible. Check with the HR. As per law if you are resigning after completing 4.5 years then you will get the gratuity.

Yup, you won't get anything.

No, I don't think so. You will only get if you complete 5 yrs first and then resign. The day you put down papers you are not eligible for hikes, bonus and other things.
