Early release always depends on current role in your organization. If you are billable resource so they don’t allow you to release early. If you are on bench then there is high chance of early release, but this things are not fix. We need to do lots of push from out side to HR and manager both.

I am sure, if you are billable resource then forget about early release.

FNF maximum period is 45 days after the LWD. In between 45 days they can give you amount any of the day after all finance process completion. But there is no fix days to get the FNF and no one tell you the exact day.
