Hr told me to resign today and I was wondering if anyone know anything about how the yearly bonus works if someone resign before the payout. Specifically, if I resign today, would I still be eligible for the yearly bonus that's paid out in March?"

U must be in bench for almost 35 days, u will get salary of next 3 month plus u will get payed for the leaves that u have
