Anybody know the process if we resign while on bench ? Do we get 3 month salary or 3 month notice period? Please reply if having any idea .

Most likely you will be released within 2 weeks. It takes couple of approvals from senior management. You just have to follow up with them.

It depends on your business unit and the team you have worked with basically being on bench. If you resign, you will get an immediate release and you will not get any three months of salary. So try not to resign being on bench and wait for the HR call andnegotiate with the HR for the three months of salary
