He won't. He is the worst ceo since last decade. He made employees unhappy. Many left company, Many projects went outside. 3 months of hike delay. Peanut hike of 4.5% for 5 rating.

Ravi Kumar as a CEO is there to serve the company, make profits. He is not there to improve the lives of the employees.

He is there to improve the profits of the company.

Don't expect that he will do anything for employees.

He can do it only with employees. Its not a school bag that he can carry. Its a ship where everyone has to do their work else it will sink

Isn't it a better idea instead of asking here when noone is aware of answer to your question, why don't you drop him email and ask?

I don't know his personal email id, otherwise I would have definitely asked....

C'mon guys...don't be so naìvë...what makes you think that he will resign? Just because he is getting immense hate comments or being trolled or employees want him to...Don't you think all of this would have been visioned way before rolling out the news...Neither he or anyone else in place of him would be affected by all this...The company has already valued him in US$s with ESOPs, so it's hardly matter what people at Cognizant think of him...At the end, it's all about business...

If managers are good we will not have any problem working with cognizant now a days managers are ruling cognizant what ever they say is a rule and it becomes a policy.

only thing happening everywhere is exploitation. In India there are soo soo many people ready to work for peanuts that these mncs hardly care. I am regretting joining cts as early part of my career, had so much potential I could have been very valuable resource somewhere else. I dont know what to do now. Lost...
