Trending @Cognizant; Request WFH for a week?

Hi CTSers, I know when you are in PDP it is 5 days mandatory to office. But I got viral fever and temperature is not going below 101, it is impossible for me to travel to office atleast couple of days. Any idea how can I request wfh until I get well? I have doctor diagnosis as well as blood reports with me.

The HR team asked me to apply for leave but can't help me with wfh.

Check with your reporting manager, he will give your HRBP details. You can drop mail to HRBP stating reasons and supporting documents. They will check internally and let you know.
