You cannot be terminated just because of a relocation. Take a release from that project and try for other projects at your location

No one can tell to relocate to you other than your hired location. If manager told to you to change the location, then look for the other opportunities. Relocation is not the good option until unless you want to move to that location.

Check the offer letter, i remember it has a condition that if you reject continued relocation you will be terminated
