I asked manager to release me from the project.But he denied saying it’s not easy to release a PA quickly. I have also mailed after the discussion but nothing changed. Asking me to work until he releases me but there is no certainty. So i have stopped working for the project.
What should I be doing? Well m ready for escalation cause if I’ll stay here i ll be stucked in terms of growth and learning. I need to take a strong step now.
You can get release after over 1.5 years. The same will be for you I guess
Yes I already completed 2.8 years here . Still he is saying can't release PA easily
Hey You are eligible to switch after 18 months. If anybody asks keep strong on your opinion. There is no growth and future for me in this project, I already served *** months i need to upskill and challenge my current skillset upto current market which will benefit company and myself.
Keep in mind you words should mostly focused on company growth not your personal growth.
I would suggest to keep working and switching in a few months. It’s not a good sign to give up so early in career.
Not giving up but trying to switch for other domain but before that I m taking a release. I need to focus , the current project is not much helpful and it's a support project, so need to be available all the time.
You are absolutely right, but dont do anything absurd, otherwise you might have to pay for it later.
