I got into a project and gave my consent, but it's manual testing and I am not feeling like working here as I would get stuck here and it would not align with my aspirations. I am going through anxiety and depression. I discussed with my manager and raised a concern of release but he denied I am answerable to many i can't and all..and got angry and said if you drop a mail I will release but then also I need to reply to many and all. What should I do.Please suggest.

Try interviewing else where. In the meantime don't stress like it's end of the world. Wearing multiple hats in a career isn't always bad. So doing testing for a while, and looking for a change is the best you can do. Also utilize this time in learning and growing your skillset.
