Trending @Cognizant; Regret

I regret joining Cognizant.. was on bench since 10 months.. because project went off within 2 months .... Now got released. Don't know how to cover this gap in my next organisation... HR team is the worst.. just ruined my carrier..and have the audacity to terminate me.. I resigned.. God will curse you..

For 10 months they kept you ? But they mentioned official period for Bench is 35 days... What is your grade A, PA, SA?

I noticed this. For new joiners like myself, the actual benching age doesn't dial up, it's been 3 months and my aging shows as 0 still

Hmm i would recommend, go for Fullstack dev or backend dev Java, Springboot, SQL it's good have good opportunities even jn company and if you want to leave org look for opportunities outside there's multiple chances

I am unofficially on bench since 2.5 years, some times I am just tagged to a project and sometimes directly bench. I had joined as a fresher and weak in coding so didn't had a opportunity to switch. Also as my family is dependent on me I am stuck here.
