What happens if we get RTO mali again and again and how many hours we have to be in the office which had a 3 day hybrid.?

8moHybrid is 2/3 days in the office. Clocking even 5 mins per day is acceptable subject to your management's need to look into the swipe-in hours report. On Hybrid, I know of associates who leave near by the office only vist the office to have a coffee - their management doesn't care about RTO data as long as the work is done.
