I received an email from Deloitte stating that I was shortlisted for the GenAI / Data Scientist role and was given a test link. I completed the test, but in the last coding section, there was a question with a 10-minute time limit, and I couldn’t pass all the test cases.
Will I still get a chance for the interview with Deloitte?

It depends on how other have perform in that assesment. If you have perform well in other parts then you might get a interview call
