Hey everyone! I’m about to hit the 30-month mark as a PA on 26th March 2026 and wanted to check—when does the promotion process usually start? Also, by when should I begin RTO to complete the required duration? Would love to hear from those who’ve recently gone through it. Really looking for some good response
